A mezzanine is an intermediate floor or a platform in a building above the main floor of the building which is partly opened and partly closed. These floors are not the full size of the main floor of the building. Usually, they are 1/4th of the main floor created like lofts. They are mostly created in warehouses and factories for different purposes.

In a pre-engineered building, both overhead cranes and a mezzanine play a vital role because they help in the smooth functioning of fabrication and construction work. Raj PEB has 8 different types of high power overhead cranes installed in our facility helping us to quickly take over any project without any delay. These cranes are used to improve production and efficiency in space.

Similarly, with a steel mezzanine, you can also increase your workspace drastically to a much larger extent. Raj PEB use a mezzanine to create additional storage spaces.

We use an industrial mezzanine which is not only affordable but also ensures to get the best out of our existing floor space. Eventually, the mezzanine costs a very small portion of new construction and doesn’t require any building permissions.

The Main Frames are also known as primary Members are the support members that carry the load of the Pre-Engineered Building. We at Raj Technologies use tapered columns and tapered rafters in our mainframe to gently support the entire construction. We carefully fabricate columns and rafters in our state of the art technology manufacturing plant equipped with advanced machines and devices. We also follow all the national and international design codes like AISC, AISI, MBMA and others.

Roofs and wall panels always play an important role in PEB construction. Tin shades and Wall panels are mostly made of Glass and Roll-framed metal or steel sheets. They are built strong so that they can easily bear forces of wind and other burdens in the steel structure. At Raj Technologies we use some of the most advanced and well-integrated wall panels and roofs to ensure 100% safety and reliability of the structure.

The Cold-formed steel (CFS) members are made from a high-grade structural quality sheet formed into different sections and shapes as per the requirement. They are rolled up to form a right shape through dies. They are heat resistant and unlike the hot-formed steel which is dissected by extreme heat, the cold-formed members don’t require any such heat that’s why they are called cold formed. We at Raj Technologies use the highest grade industry-standard, cold-formed members, with a variety of steel thicknesses to meet the need of different applications.
